Warhammer: Chaos Chariot

Chaos Chariots are more than just machines of war; they are symbols of status and power. They are drawn by a pair of huge destriers swollen to unnatural size by the corrupting energies of Chaos. Gorebeast Chariots are even heavier and sturdier than other Chaos Chariots. No normal beast would have the strength to pull such a massive instrument of war, and they are therefore pulled into battle by a Gorebeast - a muscular creature renowned for its violent temperament.

At the front of the Chaos Chariot stand two horned Chaos steeds. They are bound by chains and iron rigging to a broad timber frame chariot, which sits atop massive metal wheels. There are different semi-circular guards for the chariots as well as different, enormous tusks to position at the front, and numerous banner poles with variants such as skulls and the 8-pointed star. In place of the Chaos horses, the Gorebeast Chariot is pulled to war by a single Gorebeast, a muscular creature with a toughened hide. It is rigorously armored with metal plates, each one bearing iconography such as the 8-pointed star, tusks and spikes. The back of the creature even displays the scars from the vicious whips used to drive it forward. Both of these kits are ridden by heavily armored or muscular and bare-chested Chaos Charioteers, each of which come bedecked in Chaos symbols. There are options for them to carry flails, whips and a great axe. However there is an option - and a base - to convert the second Charioteer to a Chaos Lord on foot. So no matter which of the models you make, this is quite simply a staggering kit with a jaw-dropping array of options.

This multi-part plastic kit contains 74 components, a 25mm square base, and a 50mm x 100mm monster base with which to make either a Chaos Chariot or a Gorebeast Chariot. The kit can also be used to make a Chaos Lord on Chariot.
