Forty Fiends: A Bestiary

Ahead of you lies a monstrous menagerie for the game of Mork Borg. This is not an official product but is presented in the familiar doom metal style, each creature page being empowered by this energy and inspired by the work of Johan Nohr.

From the beginning of the end of time when SHE emerged and let spill the plague riddled mucus of the Basilisks, creatures escaped her maul. SHE discarded them off the Cliffs of Bergen Chrypt and in amongst the corpses HE, the soul survivor, her twisted son, consumed what remained of her spawn and spat it out, giving life to the dyer repugnance of the creator. These monstrosities wound in his prophecies and run through with bitterness melted into the rocks and the dark places, the catacombs and ice-caked peaks. Reality now decays, nightmares becoming truth and these misshapen beasts emerge as the known world closes in upon itself. Released, they scream for vengeance of birth and death relived, that they may cast their dread upon all that live. And so the forty fiends came forth.

Forty Fiends features forty creatures you could label as monstrosities, beasts, terrors, mutants and each forged by the apocalypse, each tied to the end of times, to Mork Borg. Every creature has a set of statistics that facilitates its full implementation into the rules-lite RPG system. Each monster has a short narrative that fixes it specifically in the Morg Borg world. This bestiary is designed to be used in conjunction with the core Mork Borg rules.

Forty Fiends also includes a range of tables and charts at the back of the book as well as a list of grisly diseases all of which can enchance your monster experience.
